An initial discussion with a consultant going over you past/current work experience, what you are looking for and a discussion about any open roles that are relevant.

If at the time there is no open role for you, we will use the information sent to us as well as what was discussed over the phone to write a advertisement summary of yourself which we will market out to potential clients in the hopes of getting the right job in for you.

If there is an open job that you want to go forward for, it is about ensuring we have all compliance documents relevenat to the role first, such as training/education certificates etc.
