Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of healthcare settings, including hospitals and care homes, providing exceptional care to patients. Shifts are available on a daily or multi-day basis, allowing you to work flexibly and choose assignments that fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in line with professional standards and guidelines.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and infection control protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
Valid NMC/HCPC/ODP registration.
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital, care home, or similar setting.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to various healthcare environments.
