Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of healthcare settings, including hospitals and care homes, providing exceptional care to patients. Shifts are available on a daily or multi-day basis, allowing you to work flexibly and choose assignments that fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in line with professional standards and guidelines.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and infection control protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid NMC/HCPC/ODP registration.

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital, care home, or similar setting.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to various healthcare environments.
