Location: Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Bristol (various private hospitals and nursing homes)
Pay Rate: £15.66 – £30.00 per hour (dependent on assignment)

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our bank team, providing temporary cover for private hospitals and nursing homes across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Bristol. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in line with NMC standards and best practice

• Administer medication, monitor patient progress, and update care plans as required

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed promptly

• Respond to emergencies and act as an advocate for patient safety and wellbeing

• Adapt to different clinical environments and support teams as needed

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities)

• Previous nursing experience within the UK (hospital or care home setting)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work weekdays and/or weekends as required

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is preferred (due to travel between sites)

• Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
